FIFY provides a communications audit and innovative software project management service, whereby we analyse current forms of communications in use, be it print, Email, SMS etc and advise on where efficiencies in strategic communication. We are engaged with various NHS organisations, councils, and the MOD to deliver hybrid mail solutions and digitized processes to enable greater citizen connectivity while driving actions. While our focus lies within the communications area, we take a holistic view of how information and data can affect the whole organisation with upstream/downstream evaluations effecting it’s staff and the constituents it serves, including logistics, productivity, staffing resources and call to actions both internally and externally.
