Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation is a large teaching hospital providing hospital services for a core population of 500,000 and specialist services for a wider population of 1.1 million. In 2017 we opened our new £28m wing at Bradford Royal Infirmary, which included world class facilities for elderly care, children's care and intensive care. The new wing is part of a 5 year, £75m plan to improve our facilities. The Trust is also home to the internationally renowned Bradford Institute for Health Research.
